Kangana Ranaut slammed Bollywood’s silence on her alleged slap at Chandigarh Airport.

The incident occurred when an official named Kulwinder Kaur appeared to hit the actress when she was examining her.

Kangana, who won the Lok Sabha election for Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi, took to her Instagram Story to address Bollywood’s silence on the matter.

In a now-deleted post, she wrote: “Dear film industry, you all are either celebrating or are totally mum on the airport attack on me.

“Remember if tomorrow, you are walking disarmingly on some street of your country or anywhere else in the world and some Israeli/Palestinian hits you or your children just because you tried to bring eyes to Rafah or stood up for Israeli hostage, then you will see [that] I will be fighting for your rights of free speech.

“If someday you wonder why I am where I am, remember you are not me.”

In another Story, Kangana Ranaut added: “This can happen to you or your children as well.

“When you celebrate a terror attack on someone, be ready for the day it comes back to you as well.”

Devoleena Bhattacharjee showed her support for Kangana.

She said: “Such actions represent a severe breach of public trust and security protocols.

“Supporting the actions of this CISF officer means justifying a crime and spreading unnecessary hatred.

“It is crucial to remember that endorsing such behaviour sets a dangerous precedent, potentially allowing others to take personal revenge under the guise of authority.

“We must collectively condemn this act and ensure that those in positions of power are held accountable.”

In the wake of the incident, Kangana assured her fans: “I am safe. The incident happened during the security check at the airport.

“The moment checking was done, a woman constable in CISF in a different cabin waited for me to cross her and she hit me on the face from the side and abused me.

“I asked her why she did this, and she said that it’s because of the farmers’ protest.

“What concerns me is the rise in terror in Punjab and how do we handle this.”

Kulwinder Kaur has since been arrested for the incident.

Music composer Vishal Dadlani appeared to support her in an Instagram Story:

He said: “I do not ever support violence, but I absolutely understand the need of this @official_cisf personnel’s anger.

“If any action is taken against her by the CISF, I will ensure that she has a job waiting for her should she choose to accept it.”

On the work front, Kangana Ranaut is gearing up for Emergency, which has had its release delayed yet again.
