Ranbir Kapoor’s latest release, Animal, has emerged as a juggernaut at the box office, demonstrating an unstoppable force since its grand premiere.

Within a mere two days of its theatrical debut, Animal has scaled remarkable heights.

The film has shattered previous records by crossing the remarkable Rs 200 crore milestone, eclipsing the benchmark set by Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan.

Taran Adarsh, the authoritative box office analyst, has lauded the film’s stellar performance, emphasising its box office dominance with a tweet proclaiming:

“ANIMAL IS A BOX OFFICE MONSTER… #Animal goes WILD on Day 2 [Sat]… Metros, non-metros, mass pockets – the response is OUTSTANDING, taking the 2-day total to over Rs 100 cr…”

The film’s staggering success is not confined to domestic earnings alone, as it raked in an impressive Rs 131.07 crore in India’s net collection.

Its global resonance is evident in the substantial gross overseas earnings, nearing Rs 196 crore within the initial two days.

T-Series, the film’s production company, proudly shared the official worldwide gross collection figures, revealing an astounding Rs 236 crore.

This is a testament to Animal‘s triumph, especially in the face of competition from Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur and Salman Khan’s Tiger 3, still holding its ground in theatres.

Animal has not only broken the opening day record set by Pathaan with a staggering collection of Rs 108 crore but has also surpassed the previous record held by Jawan, amassing a remarkable Rs 58.37 crore on its second day.

Fans worldwide have erupted in celebration, hailing Ranbir Kapoor as the new superstar in the making.

Social media platforms reverberate with hashtags like “SUPERSTAR RANBIR KAPOOR,” and fervent predictions abound about the film’s trajectory towards the coveted 500 crore milestone.

Industry observers and trade pundits are already engaged in speculation, predicting that Animal is poised to transcend the Rs 500 crore benchmark, solidifying its status as a monumental cinematic achievement.

The action-packed spectacle continues to mesmerise audiences, holding them in thrall as it dominates the box office.

At a run time of approximately 201 minutes, Animal is one of Bollywood’s longest films.

It is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The movie was described as a “father-son story carved in blood” in its trailer.

It stars Ranbir as Arjan Vailly Singh. Anil Kapoor portrays the father, Balbir Singh.

Meanwhile, Rashmika Mandanna plays Arjun’s wife, Geetanjali Singh, while Bobby Deol is the villain.
